SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 working days of placement. Pos Malaysia Parcel is our primary method unless otherwise indicated.

MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE IS RM5 FOR 2KG OF PACKAGED WEIGHT OR LESS (PENINSULAR MALAYSIA). Over 5kg up to 20kg. shipping fee is determined by the weight of the order and the shipping destination (refer shipping table below). You may call or e-mail for shipping quotes on orders that may be over 20kg.

Delivery day standard is based on Pos Malaysia Standard Delivery Table.
For East Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore delivery may varies subject to custom clearence.

• D: Posting day
• D + 2: Second working day after posting

RETURNS POLICY

We only accept return on defective good. You may return defective merchandise within 10 days from the day merchandise was received. We will deliver replacement merchandise and refund your defective item shipping cost.

Send an email to ahsb@lemongrassworld.com with the following information -

1.Name of the product you ordered.
2.Order Number (in your Invoice).
3.Your reason for returning it.

We will respond within 2 working days with the instructions on how to return the merchandise to us.

We are unable to accept defect merchandise after 10 days.
